Facilities Service Central: Your Hub for Facilities Requests

Facilities Service Central is a new web-based portal designed to streamline facilities service requests for the UMD community. This user-friendly system allows students, faculty, and staff to report issues, track requests, and communicate with facilities teams from any browser, phone, tablet, or computer.
Request all types of repairs, maintenance, or other facilities requests.
What’s New & Improved?
- One central location – Submit and monitor all your service requests in a single, convenient portal.
- Stay informed – Receive real-time status updates and communicate directly with the Service Center, Shop Supervisors, and Technicians via the “Comments” section.
- Easy file sharing – Upload attachments, including documents and images, to provide additional details for your request.
How It Works
- Log in using your CAS ID.
- Select a service category that best matches your request.
- Follow the prompts to submit your request.
- Track progress and communicate with facilities teams as needed.
