REMINDER
Scheduled AssetWorks Maintenance Notice
On Sunday, July 20, 2025, AssetWorks will be performing its regularly scheduled monthly maintenance.
Impact: A system outage is expected to last approximately 8 hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Action Required: Please plan and schedule your AiM and Facilities Service Central (FSC) activities accordingly to minimize any disruption during this time.
Looking Ahead: The next scheduled maintenance is planned for Sunday, August 17, 2025.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
SHIFT Terminology
As we transition fully into using the Assetworks system, it's important that we use Assetworks terminology consistently and move away from legacy terms.
For Example:
"Work Ticket" is now "Work Order" or "Work Order Phase"
By speaking the same language system-wide, we make the experience better for our customers, our coworkers, and ourselves. Please review these: SHIFT Terms & Definitions and SHIFT Glossary of Modules & Definitions
IMPROVEMENTS
Facilities Service Central Tile for Enhancement Requests is Now Available!
The Enhancement Request tile is now live for users to easily submit enhancement ideas. Please note that all requests will be evaluated and prioritized based on factors such as cost, time, impact and available resources.
