Facilities Service Central vs. AIM (What’s the Difference?)

Facilities Service Central (FSC) is an all-in-one hub for reporting any facility-related issue. This streamlined system provides easier, faster, 24/7- service. Submit requests online—no calls needed.

AIM is the “brains” of the work management system, where all requests are routed and work is scheduled. AIM access for super-customers is a specific role that will allow you to view all work requests for your college or school.

Work Order Billing Information

  • Customers can now view work order transactions through Facilities Service Central.
  • Customers now have transaction summaries for a work order sent directly to customer inboxes.

Getting Help

For difficulty submitting a Work Request via Facilities Service Central, please contact your Service Center for assistance.

For a functional or technical issue, please use the “Report Bug” tile on Facilities Services Central.

For Access and Security role requests, please use the “System Access/Role Request” tile on Facilities Services Central. (For new user access, removal, or modification of access, complete the System Access Request form.)
