SHIFT Update: May 2025

Good afternoon,

We’ve Hit the 30-Day Milestone with AssetWorks!

Thank you for your continued support and engagement as we complete our first month using the AssetWorks system. We recognize that the transition hasn't been seamless for everyone, and we truly appreciate your efforts in submitting requests, asking questions, and sharing feedback. Your input is essential as we work through issues. As we continue in the hypercare phase through June, we remain committed to resolving issues and ensuring stable, reliable system performance. Here’s a look at our progress so far:

Work Orders:

Work orders successfully transferred from Tririga: 2,359
New work orders created through Facilities Service Central: 5,894
Every shop has received at least one work order since go-live!

Facilities Service Central:

  • Requests submitted on Day One: 56
  • Requests submitted on Monday, May 5: 268
  • Unique visitors to FSC: 1,530+
     

Project Migration Update

  • FM’s small projects have now been fully migrated to CPPM
  • Associated work orders have also been successfully uploaded
     

What’s Next:

Getting Support

  • Visit the SHIFT website for post-launch support information.
  • Submit a “Report Bug” ticket via Facilities Service Central
  • Access and security role requests can be done via Facilities Service Central
  • Request an in-unit training session via Facilities Service Central
  • For supervisors:  Sign up for an in-person training session for Work Management on Tuesday, May 13, at 2 p.m. in 7401 Baltimore Avenue.
