On April 7, 2025, Facilities Management, Residential Facilities, Dining Services, Recreation & Wellness, and STAMP launched SHIFT (also known internally as AssetWorks). With improved routing, faster response times, and greater transparency, the system helps route each work ticket to the right team based on location and type of request. And with 24/7 access, the Facilities Service Central portal is truly a one-stop solution for campus customers.
